The service standard can be better for 5 stars hotel ,i feel that service staff either too tired or not really willing to serve singaporean .If not this COVID-19 I will travel to my Our favourite place Japan to celebrate our anniversary . Actually this 1 night stay to surprise my hubby although I amended the email address but yet he still received the confirmation 😓. Have been traveling around some Asian country service level even better .Especially this period service level should be Wow instead below expectations due to the special arrangement are not well arrange at all after promised .But still appreciate the free upgrade although under wait list at Sgd19. How should I tell my friends the stay experienced because I just brought the gift voucher for their wedding gift . During this period kindly arrange the refreshment class to your staff so that they are ready when border are open .

The room has a stench of weird smell upon entering. The pillows made our sleep tough at waking every 1-2 hours. Sprained my neck next morning. The breakfast is tasteless. Bacon is extremely salty and hard. The noodle set is tasteless as well. Overall first experience is quite bad maybe the hotel is old...

Great location and easily accessible. Room is clean and staff is pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay. Got a free room upgrade and free birthday cake. All room service items are in promotional sale at 50% off. Breakfast is abundant choices and delicious. Will definitely be back.

Only got the keys an hour later, it was a very long wait with no refreshments whatsoever offered. Managed to get a 45min late checkout after I asked. Definitely a bad start to the staycay. Room looks old, though it was spotless clean. Nothing great bout deco. No tea/coffee and kettle in the room. Breakfast was OK, order any food you want from the list. Staff at restaurant were all polite and attentive. I wouldn't make a comeback here.

Only feedback I gave there were some renovations going on and was not told about it. That got me little irritated.

All the staff were friendly & helpful. Due to COVID19 in Singsporr, hotel staff were quite vigilant about checking body temperature for all who enter thr building. Masks were given to hotel guests.

Centrally located. The breakfast is good, the staffs are friendly and helpful

We have stayed here twice several years ago. This is a nice and comfortable hotel in the heart of Orchard Road. Easy access to MRT and Hop-on-hop-off bus stops.
