Room and shower dirty toilet did not working noise from upstairs was very bad .called 3times to send security to calm the noise nothing happened towels wit they over charged me supposed $58 they charged $85 it’s was disaster

The hotel is excellent, I really recommend. I just not recommend the the Asian restaurant inside the hotel , they make me feel bad when I asked for order the food and bring To go to my bedroom cause my kids was there . They says NO .

Very nice, classy, and welcoming hotel. From the greeters, to the bell men, to the counter, and restaurant staff, this hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the shower was awesome. The bed was very comfortable too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in the center if Curitiba close by many interesting things to do

Good hotel near Osório Square and Rua 24h, two of the cities tourist spots. There’s a bus stop, a minimarket and a good restaurant (madero) within a 2 block radius. Staff is helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and queen beds quite comfortable. Loved it!

O hotel é muito bonito. A recepção estava impecável, porém ao sair do elevador nos deparamos com os corredores sujos, com ciscos, restos de comida, migalhas, etc. O quarto estava mais limpo. Porém o banheiro não tinha janela e o sistema de exaustão não funcionou, algo muito incômodo para um quarto ocupado por uma família de 4 pessoas. Tínhamos apenas 2 toalhas de banho disponíveis, sendo que a reserva foi feita para 4 pessoas. O café da manhã era servido em sistema de buffet, em plena pandemia, algo que achei inaceitável. Comidas expostas em um lugar cheio de pessoas sem máscaras, todas utilizando os mesmos utensílios para se servirem. Perguntamos se havia alguma opção de termos alimentos embalados, mas nos foi negado. Meu marido precisou comprar um café da manhã em uma padaria próxima que era mais higiênica. Ainda bem que ficamos só uma estadia! Não recomendo o hotel!
