Cool vibes, nice place

A cool place. Has many types of rooms, from hostel type to a nice room with private bathroom. Has really cool vibes and the people are nice. Overall, really good place for a night in Isla mujeres. It could get noisy at night sue to lqrties but they end in a reasonable hour, did t bother us.

Great place to stay one of the cleaning lady was so rude, they don’t have early check in like other places and you have to wait in line in order to check in at 3pm. Hiding fees, They charge $77 pesos per night for the non-refundable resort’s fee.

My family and I had an absolutely horrible experience here. We were a big group so I understood that in that alone it was a stressful experience trying to get everyone situated into their own room and we originally thought that’s why the staff was rude since we got there… Nope, they’re just rude. First of all, the pictures are an illusion, the hotel was in the worst part of town. Upon settling in, we were already disheartened by how the environment was nothing like the pictures, but we had no other option as it was already late when we arrived. Getting into our rooms was an entirely horrible experience as everything had only been cleaned enough to appear clean, we could tell nothing was washed or desanitized because a few towels had dirt on them and were clearly used. Now, the beds on the other hands, for ALL 3 rooms, had hair and sand all over the sheets. When we took the sheets off there were bed bugs and a huge cockroach in one of the rooms. It was already 12AM after a LONG day and when we brought this up to the staff they did nothing but bring us more towels and WE had to insist on a new room ourselves! Only to find out they were just as dirty and we were downgraded from our private bath situation to a room with no bathroom. When I spoke to the manager the next morning, she was questioning our validity on whether or not we dirtied the rooms, instead of accommodating us appropriately. I asked for a discount for our troubles but she refused.
