CHECK-IN WAS QUITE QUIET

Pros: Clean Modern Decor Beds were comfortable Pet friendly Cons: The tub clogged. The tub filled up to our ankles when we showered. Dry, bland, customer service When I checked in an african american lady with blue hair barely spoke to me. I said: “Hi! I’m checking in” She said “ID” I thought: Oh OK that was short. She kept looking at her computer… Then I said: “Oh and I have a dog” NO REPLY I said: “Did you hear me?” she said: “ Uh ha” I don’t work hotel front desk, but I know She was short and un-personable. Needless to say. Disappointing I’ve been around and I know what customer service in a hotel sounds like, and it is NOTHING LIKE THIS. Not good customer service The clogged tub, was the other uncomfortable part.

My son found a maxi pad stuck to the ceiling. He did tell the front desk. They were quick in taking care of it, next time he went to the room it was gone

Trucker in need

This hotel was nothing short of amazing in a pinch the young lady at the front desk that was working the night 03/29 Was nothing but kind to a trucker in need Who drove all the way from Amarillo Texas To Glendale California and just wanted to get some shut eye and showed up in the wee hours of the morning.

MyPlace - great place!

Exhausted after a long day of driving. I made a reservation Kate and from the car. The hotel was perfect, great location, clean, friendly staff. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had great counterspace. Will definitely consider staying there again when in AZ!

Real nice.

The reviews were mixed so I tried the hotel anyways. Was very happy with the room. Small kitchenette. We had cookware, they don’t provide any. But they do sell some pans and utensils to make at least bacon and eggs. Planning a future trip this will be the place I stay.

Unexpectedly Great

Unexpectedly great. Staff was very efficient and even the housekeeping was super friendly. Convenient to many restaurants and stores. Nice little pool, sized well to the number of rooms.

Comfortable

The room itself was very nice with comfortable beds and a clean, bright bathroom. They have a full kitchen with two burners on the stove top, a microwave, a full-sized refrigerator with freezer and a toaster. The sad part is they provide zero utensils – – no paper plates, no pots, no pans, no plastic silverware — nothing of any kind except a small bottle of dish soap. They collect a hefty security deposit, so I don’t understand the risk of providing equipment. It is a shame, because otherwise the kitchen would be delightful to use. Also, there is only one chair, so if you do prepare a meal, someone has to sit on the suitcase rack. The hotel is also close to a highway and noise from trucks & motorcycles does come through during the night.
