Modern, Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

Single king-bed room was modern, comfortable, quiet, neat and very clean. Everything worked fine. Check-in and check-out went smooth and quick. Overall great stay!

Property was comfortable and convenient for our visit to the Elton John concert. The Portico restaurant was a little confusing. We sat there for 15 minutes before we asked when they would take our order and they told us you have to do that at the register but nobody was manning the register. A slight inconvenience but not a deal breaker. Also no attached parking but they do provide a parking pass. Of course it rained when we checked out. All in all an excellent experience. We will come again.

Just fantastic

The hotel was fantastic. I only used it to sleep as I was attending a wedding a short distance away. But the hallways were quiet, the room was very clean and comfortable, and even the coffee was surprisingly very good. I would definitely use them again if I’m ever in the area.

You do have to walk from the parking garage a block away... and it was 40 degrees & raining. For the price of the hotel, maybe offer valet? Also, the coffee maker is cool looking but hard to figure out. Room was awesome & the decor very cool. Well stay again

You are not told there is a charge for parking and you are not told you will be charged a room deposit when you check in.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms! Very nicely decorated. A few things were annoying, like only getting 1 bar of soap to share between shower and sink, the floors were really cold tile, and the fridge did not keep our food cold. Minor issues but we expected more for a 4-star hotel

The hotel was nice and clean. Great view from the room. Staff was young and pleasant. However, the room was not ready at check-in, even though we showed up an hour after check-in time. We had to wait for the room to be ready, which cut into our dinner reservation. We ended up having to go somewhere else to eat. The next morning, my alarm didn't go off so I called the front desk to get a short extension on our check-out time...they refused and said we would be charged if we stayed later, even though we had to wait on them for check-in.
