Very nice hotel Antonio the receptionist is very helpful he do everything to help the clients always with a 😃 the breakfast was good a very nice smell when you enter the hotel This hotel is very clean. Even the other receptionist are nice too I recommend this hotel

The lobby is nice and the young woman that checked me in was nice, but those are the only two good things about this hotel. The floor in my room had not been cleaned; found out the hard way that there was no Toilet Paper in my room; furniture outdated and dirty; lots of traffic noise; no chair in room or a desk in room, so I asked for one and got an old torn up one meant for the garbage years ago; took stairs down for exercise, they were dirty and filled with cups and plates from staff and one door blocked by chairs, very dangerous if there had been a fire. In short I would never stay here again.

Stayed two weeks at this property, staff was very accommodating and treated me like I was family—even had me for staff dinner several times (I was alone). They saw that I got to places I wanted to visit, made sure I stayed with water, tea and coffee. Helped with the Arabic. This is a hotel I recommend! I was humbled by the kindness they all showed to me. Thank you all for making my trip great!

Hotel location is good,staff good, my reservation with breakfast but the receptionist told that the breakfast time start at 8am which is a bad time to me because i have to start my travel at the same time,and they didn't prepare anything to takeaway, also massages reply from the hotel take a very long time

This hotel is in a great location. They have a shoe shine machine on the 3rd floor which came in handy. And very nice rooms. Arriving was a rough - they didn't have easy access Orbitz system. But traveling abroad I am used to little hiccups. Overall the staff is nice, the hotel is clean and nice.
