Good service ! But no view room ! Just face other’s room roof top !

Covid restrictions spoiled our stay. The staff were excellent, the accommodation was fine, the breakfast was limited but there nonetheless. A pleasant stay in a wonderful city with brilliant early autumn weather.

Nice clean hotel on the way to the south west. Only drawback is that it appears to share it’s car park with another business which Made parking on the day I was there problematic. Nice and helpful staff at check in.

Just a one night stay en route to holiday. Chosen for convenience and excellent. COVID conditions well adhered to and felt safe and protected. Good breakfast considering current situation

I have stayed here on many occasions, the staff are always very helpful the standards of cleaning are good, the room is well equipped, the only downside is, I am disabled, I use a wheel chair again either not enough disabled bays or worse still cars and van parked in the bays that are not entitled, the car park is far from flat, other than this a great place to stay .

Hotel was ideal for us ,park and ride was ideal. Too many work vans I got my car scratched both sides, I had to get in the passenger side as the van next to me was too close.

Staff friendly & helpful, especially during these unnerving times due to covid. Had no worries at all.

Room it self looks ok but as we were using the sofa bed it hadn't been moved and was filthy underneath with sweet papers and other bits which was disappointing as the rest of the room was clean. I understand these may be heavy but when children are sleeping there its not good i didn't report this as reception was busy due to social distancing.
