Disappointed

I was told I could check in at 3 the entire time. I was on my way and at 3:15, I got a call that it would be an additional two hours because cleaning was behind. They offered me nothing to help this problem aside from a “complimentary late check out,” which solved nothing and was definitely not complimentary. There was a urine stain on shower floor. Hair & fur balls all over living room rug. Dirt all over floor by the main room door. I was incredibly disappointed.. This is my favorite hotel/apt to stay at and I was definitely not expecting this. I have this place booked again in April and I hope it isn’t a mistake. I cannot find another place to stay or I would. Again, I LOVE this place and I’m so disappointed. It’s a phenomenal stay with great amenities but their communication and problem solving absolutely needs work.

It has a good view of downtown, the price was good, the neighborhood was safe, eand the amenities were decent. However, the room lock was a hassle and keep a noise/motion monitor in the space which seriously puts me off to ever using them again.

Very Cute, Solo Stay

Overall, I liked the apartment. I was on the ground floor, G4. My only complaint was in regards to the upstairs guests. Someone named Zayne was clearly drunk and throwing things and I could here everything very clearly. They weren't bad every night, just Friday. My keyfob never worked for the parking lot, but I was able to park on the street. Marty tried to help and was very nice. At the end of the day, I'd stay again. It was a very cute place, I felt safe traveling solo, and it had all the creature comforts I needed.

It was ok

I enjoyed the home away from home feel, I was pleased with the prompt assistance when I called or emailed. Unfortunately, one or two issues did make it difficult to have a great stay. We were able to make the best of it. The location is great though, very close to downtown, safe, and clean.

Upon arrival the access code for the room was not working. I called customer service- received a new code and instructions to push or pull the door to ensure the door sensors were aligned. I went to get my luggage and returned to problems with the code again to enter the room. I called customer service again and after several attempts was able to get the code to work. Upon entering the space the fire alarm was going off because there was no battery. I was so frustrated and worried about the door issues I asked for a refund. Customer service at the property said he could get someone to come look at the door the next day. I said there was no way I was sleeping with the alarm going off or vacationing safely not knowing for sure if the code would work when I returned. I asked for a refund so we could leave and find other accommodations. They refused but agreed to call maintenance - when they arrived they fixed the alarm but could not attend to the door. The place was not overly clean- it’s clear this place is used for parties the walls were dirty- the couch and chair dirty and worn. This place was like a bad air bnb- I do not think it should be listed on Travelocity as a hotel. We continued to struggle with the code. But we’re able to enter and exit by pushing and pulling.

The room was good. It just had a bit of dried food left in the fridge,and the toilet moves when you sit on it. Other than that, it was great. Neighborhood is nice and close to all major highways. Couldn't ask for much more.
