Very friendly staff on reception, always greeted you when you walked in and out of the hotel the bedrooms were comfy clean, the maids cleaned your bedroom everyday perfectly and we’re also very polite, overall experience excellent

Clean and tidy room, very quiet.

The staff were very helpful and kind and nothing was to much trouble for them.

Not the best experience! Second time staying here. heating stopped working and night manager just told me to turn it off, was not offered a room change or anything like that, once reported again in the morning, I was offered a heater but it was too late as I was leaving, so you can imagine it was a cold night. Day manager was super friendly and attentive. The room was relatively clean, and everyone wore masks, so covid friendly.

Clean. Comfortable. Carpets need a bit of attention and air con system not very good when heating room up although you can ask for a separate heater. I will definitely be going back!

Have used this HI a few times already. It was an overnight stay while visiting my sister for her birthday. Hotel location ideal as not far from motorway and Asda a few yards away with petrol station. Cleanliness and safeguarding both patrons and staff clearly evident.

I've stopped here many times over the past few years and it is always perfect. Many hotels I stay in "dont clean the room until after youved checked out due to Covid19 risks"- a bit inconvenient when you are staying for 4 nights - but the Holiday Inn express does! Clean. Quiet. Friendly staff.

The hotel is just off the M5! We had a lovely stay as a family over Bank Holiday weekend! Rooms nice & clean! Rooms cleaned on request & breakfast was ok with fruit/yoghurt/cereals/croissants & hot bacon/sausage butties! Good thing was you could request vegetarian sausage butties if you would like them! Top it off no headache with parking! Theres an Asda supermarket & McDonalds within a 5 minute walk of hotel with a Shell Petrol Station next to the hotel! Staff at the hotel were good with all issues dealt with promptly & easily! Would definitely return! 🌞👍
