The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I have stayed at other hotels in Fairhope, and this was one of the best. My daughter and I came for a weekend get-away, and it was worth it.

This is the 2nd time in as many months and as we are not lovers of Holiday Inns, this one is an exception. It’s convenient to downtown. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. My only real complaint was the hotel pool had not been maintained (which I get during this season when no one can use it however it was an eye sore every time I walked into the building). In addition, I felt like the hallways were not well cleaned - really needed vacuuming. Overall though, it was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again.

Parking is a bit of a walk if you’re getting in late, but the area and the hotek are great

Clean, bed good, nice area. Only drawback did not understand that maid service had to be requested. Not that big a deal and just the times we live in.

Our overall stay was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping provided more than enough towels without asking. My only dislike, no even really a dislike, is there was a slightly off putting smell in the hallway, maybe because it’s pet friendly or because carpet tends to hold odors, but once you’re in the room you can’t really smell it. They served breakfast but due to COVID concerns it wasn’t a hot breakfast like they advertise. It was to go bowls of cereal, milk, juices, ect. I also was disappointed the pool was closed as well but overall it was a nice stay. The location was in close proximity to many different places to eat, grocery stores and a few shopping places. Foley and Gulf Shores was only about a 30 minute drive from the location and there is a local, small beach and pier right around the corner from the hotel if you don’t want to drive 30 minutes to gulf shores. I’d stay at the hotel again if we visit the area again.

Very clean bed was very comfortable syaff were great.

Everything was perfect except we weren't informed that the pool was closed and that was the reason we were taking the kids to the hotel to swim.
