Terrible place to stay not family friendly We asked for more wash clothes and was told to bring the old ones to the front desk to have them washed and given back to us most hotel will give guest extra wash clothes and towels never again will I come back here

I'm surprised it looked clean, it smelled like cigarettes and urine. The bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder, the sink cabinet was falling apart, there was an exhaust vent in the bath extremely dirty and broken. I cannot extend how unsafe I felt too. There was loud music in the cars in the parking lot, people yelling and at around 1am on a TUESDAY there was yelling and music outside and you could hear the people stomping on the room above mine.

Elevator didnt work, but the dedk lerk eas very nice she helped us get our luggage and grocies out of the vehicle and the room. We had 2 or 3 things wrong with the room and the mamage gave us a free night.

There was nothing good about the stove was nasty and the power kept going out

Great stay , love the home away from home feeling.. I always try booking at extended stays

I could not check in my reservation did not transfer to the property although it was prepaid. I was on hold for two hours and they still hung up and never talked to me. The hotel reservation never showed up. The hotel property called their third party who also couldn’t find my reservation and had to ultimately override and force my reservation since it was prepaid and I had proof. I had no extra money to just buy another room and no where to go. I was fighting to get checked in since 4pm and finally did at 12am only having to check right back out at 11am. This was a disaster and not worth the hassle at all.

The last visitor cooked in the room and the room reeks of garlic we came in late about 1 or 2 in the morning everything was already booked and we did not think the go to another location because we did not know about another location this was our third time staying there and did not expect it and did not want to complain but my wife kept smelling a garlic the garlic was all in our clothes all in our church clothes and we had to regroup on our tire had to wash everything when we got home cuz it smells so bad along with the discomfort of sleeping with garlic in the air worse than a smoked up room we came in late about 1 or 2:00 in the morning everything was already booked and we did not think the go to another location because we did not know about another location this was our third time staying there and did not expect it and do not want to complain but my wife kept smelling a garlic the garlic was all in our clothes all in our church clothes and we had to regroup on our attire had to wash everything when we got home cuz it smells so bad along with the discomfort of sleeping with garlic in the air worse than a smoked up room and we're not complaining we enjoyed the Extended Stay but this was the worst

No pillow available and bed sheet is not in the room

Was put in a pet room that smelled so bad of pee .

Room was neat and clean Parking lot needs more light at night it’s very dark . The tv was very hard to use .
