We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and i have to say this is in the top 3 hotels i have stayed at. I have enjoyed every moment.

As platinum Bonvoy member was upgraded to a suite and the experience was great.

A welcome drink would have been appreciated at check in after a long flight like we have had at other Westin Hotels. Staff were very helpful during our stay both with information and booking tours.

Meet expectation

Sent 2 emails after my confirmation booking to request for special arrangement as it is my wife's birthday. However despite the 2emails sent weeks inadvance, there were no replies. Upon reaching the hotek to check in, staff said that there was no bookinng despite me showing her the confirmation booking screenshot with the booking reference number. After 25mins, staff manage to find my booking. As I have also state my request when booking on hotels.com, staff reassured me that my special request was done to the room to surprise my wife. But to our dismay, when we reached the room, nth was done on the request. Nonetheless, I told the staff that my wife and I will be out shopping so that they can prepare the room. However when we were back 5hrs later, there was nothing done again. Was utterly disappointed because I even double checked with the staff if the room was done up and they again assured me that it was done up. Saving grace was they finally done up the request when we came back at 12am. Room was clean, concierge was helpful. Location of hotel near train station. Service from the hotel could have been better.
