Lovely stay at this hotel. Perfect location, we stayed for 3 nights and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating for anything we needed. Very pleased with the choices at breakfast as my daughter is vegetarian and still had a lot to choose from. Cleanliness of this hotel stood out, everything was spotless, they have a good system for the covid regulations and we were offered to have our room cleaned daily. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back to stay again.

Very comfortable and very clean. Very good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Unfortunately they do not have a carpark on site but they do offer a discount on the nearby public carpark. We enjoyed our stay as always.

Fab hotel in great location

Everything about this hotel was really good, EXCEPT the vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast. Really poor I am afraid, just sausages and beans. Very disappointing.

This Hotel is an excellent location right in the heart of the Albert Docks, restaurants,bars, shops, all on your doorstep, room was spacious very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, 5 minute walk in to Liverpool one shopping centre, i would recommend this hotel to family and friends and when i return this is where i will be staying.

We had a great stay all staff where brilliant 10/10 room spotless.One problem the old story hen party screeming childish women with no respect for anyone. But glad to say will not stop us raturning thank you all for a good time 👍

Lovely clean place staff were very polite and friendly

I had a pleasant one night stay for a personal trip to Liverpool. The hotel has all you need in a convenient location I would recommend it to anyone heading to a Liverpool.

Our weekend stay here was very good, the hotel did its best to accommodate all the required restrictions without it getting officious. Rooms and general public areas are clean and tidy. Location is great for the Albert Dock as well as getting into the city centre. Only tricky thing is getting luggage from car to reception as parking outside the hotel is very limited and reception on 2nd floor. Restaurant staff did a splendid job organising all the different breakfast orders and managed to be cheerful and keep smiling ! All in all we're glad we stayed here.
