Home2 Suites by Hilton Stuart

From someone who use to live in Jensen Beach, this was an excellent place to stay. Very close to historic downtown Stuart. I was very surprised to see a full kitchen (very clean) The staff was super friendly. We wanted to spend time with family but be covid cautious so we opted for an outdoor picnic in Flagler park for our Holiday gathering. This was a perfect place to stay as they were Covid Cautious also. I would also recommend Dolphin Bar where the whole dining experience is awesome.

Absolute worst possible customer service I think I've ever had. With the whole covid going on, the hotel requires a face mask. I have a condition where I am not allowed to wear a mask or any face covering. It's for my safety and others safety that I not have one on. Instead of trying to work with me on how to get around it they would rather cancel my reservation and lose my business. Funny thing is they require a face mask when you're walking inside of the hotel. Now when you're eating breakfast you can sit in the lobby and not wear a mask, I forgot covid only attacks people who are not eating breakfast and drinking coffee. I wish people would actually do the research on this instead of being scared by propaganda. Stop being sheep's and be a leader. First time staying with a Hilton hotel, due to the poor service I received from these people and establishment, Me or my company will never stay here again. Best Western, Holiday inn and a few others have never treated me like this. They actually want my business not just to refund me and send me on my way

Clean. Friendly staff. Quiet room Big tv. Lots of parking

This hotel is great!!! The hotel is only 7 months old, so it doesn't suffer from any botched remodels like some older hotels. Beds are super comfortable, staff is all very pleasant, and they have 3 or 4 BBQ grills (and they have grilling utensils available for your use free of charge). The hot breakfast, while not spectacular, is one of the only hot breakfasts you can find in the age of Covid-19, and the breakfast gal is great. I made the mistake of staying a week at a different (also new) hotel down the street to save a few bucks. Bad idea I'll be back at Home 2 Suites for the next 5 weeks until I close on my new home. Did i mention they have inductive hotplates and pots/pans that you can also check out free of charge??? And they provide soap and dryer sheets if you need to do laundry? Fuh-ged-about it!!!
