Fue una excelente estancia, todos muy amables y con buenos protocolos para prevenir COVID, el desayuno está bueno con buena calidad en alimentos y servicio, la limpieza y comodidad de la habitación excelente, además de tener buena ubicación

Hotel tiene cocina, refrigeradora y microondas para que compres tu comida . No hay restaurante en el hotel , hay un mini market y dan desayuno incluido . Excelente ubicación.

Excelente hotel! Spacious rooms with kitchenettes. Good breakfast! Close to shopping mal and restaurants. Friendly staff! Highly recommended! Most definitely will stay here again!!

Great stay, the hotel is brand new and well located. Highly recommend it.

The hotel lobby is very nice- we however never got to see the rooms or stay the night. They were not ready for guests as the hotel was very new and only had rooms ready to receive 20 guests- after checking in we waited in the lobby for over 2 hrs and got tired of waiting for our room to be ready as there were other guests that had been waiting for 4 hrs. So we got a refund for the pets (unable to get refund for the room) and left. They were literally putting the rooms together- if you knew there was going to be an influx in guests why would they not already have furniture in the rooms instead of making guests wait? Seems like a simple plan. The staff was very nice and was doing what they could to try and make a bad situation better. Maybe in the future we will give them a try again

This hotel is beautiful! It looked brand new. Everything was incredibly clean. Due to a hurricane, their system went down causing a bit of a wait for check in. They were still able to get a large number of people into rooms before the 3:00 check-in time. The staff passed out water and granola bars to guests waiting for rooms. They were also amazing with helping to find food and taxis.
