Jacuzzi has been broken for over 3 weeks!!

The Jacuzzi has been broken for over 3 weeks and was very disappointing because we were looking forward to using. No frills hotel with no television or amenities. Price is too high for what you get from this hotel.

Beautiful Paradise in Valle de Guadalupe

I had the most amazing time staying at Entrevalle. Do yourself a favor and stay here. The property is beautiful, and very well maintained. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. There’s a restaurant that has delicious food and drinks. There are hot tubs and wonderful amenities. The best part is the amazing team of people that work here to make every moment here perfect. If you want a relaxing time in a beautiful location, or even if you want to work remotely in a serene and inspiring location. Stay here, you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything guys, I can’t wait to come back again!!

From the time we checked in with Elizabeth, The groundskeeper Jairo was always a call away and made sure we had everything we needed even before we needed it. Carlos at the restaurant catered to us like if we were family. The food was superb. We are already planning on coming back.

Excellent Stay!

The service we had at the hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the food at the restaurant, we ate breakfast there every morning and had dinner one night, everything was delicious and there was a huge variety! The property was beautiful and super well maintained. We also really enjoyed being able to use the jacuzzi! We would absolutely recommend Entrevalle to anyone visiting the Valle de Guadelupe area!

I liked the individual villas and parking. Very clean and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our late arrival. Adrian was very friendly and offered an extra blanket because it was cold at night. He gave us suggestions on where to eat and wine taste. Great experience overall. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect visit!

What an absolute marvelous place! Our room was not ready so we waited at the restaurant, with amazing views outdoors in the sun where we got a complimentary bottle of wine! What a start... The service was beyond, the room was large and clean with a great view. The surroundings are beautiful. They had outdoors jacuzzis and heated one up for us in time to get back from the restaurant. Mauricio connected us to a local driver that both took us there and back, recommended a wonderful restaurant/winery AND booked us a table. The breakfast was delicious and we got a surprise, complimentary glass of mimosa. Cant think of a better experience, really.

Highly recommend this property. Beautiful clean and spacious rooms. The property is so nice and has beautiful touches. I really liked that they have more than one jacuzzi and they allow you to reserve them for your group. It’s close to all the main wineries and pretty easy to find with your GPS. I definitely will be staying there again when traveling to valle and will recommend to all of my friends and family.
