The Fives Oceanfront - Optional All Inclusive

Everything was great what i didnt like was that I was not given the option to do all inclusive when making my reservation online

The room was great. It was missing some essentials like a Full length mirror for my wife to look herself before she goes out to ensure she is happy with the way she looks! The place is beautiful but brand new. There are a lot of fine tuning points that will make the hotel better for seasoned travelers. The room had a kitchenette but didn’t have a single utensils or even a paper towel. We had to use bathroom towels for a kitchen towel. The bathroom had great showers and big towels, but there was no slip mat in the shower which made it hazardous for old guys like me that might slip and fall. Also, there wasn’t a wash cloth to be had. I had to use a big towel as a wash cloth. The First-floor restaurant was in the top five restaurants in all of Puerto Morelos! The selections were delightful, healthy and most beautifully assembled. This restaurant Boasts a combination of eclectic Jamaican-feel with exceptional items for vegetarians and vegans As well! Five stars for the BoMarley Beach house restaurant!!! Everyone who visits Puerto Morelos and enjoys fine and beautiful food needs to visit this place for at least one breakfast and one dinner! Excellent!!!

Hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They remember your drink and keep them coming. I was by myself but met people at the bar and ended up going to Tulum with them! Such a good time. Also, best food I've ever had at an all inclusive. Try the smoke salad - you'll miss it because there's so much good stuff on the menu but it is the sleeper.

Really nice property, although it seems to be a mix of hotel rooms and residence. The rooms are beautifully designed and very spacious. The service was great and consistent from beginning to end. The food was above standard, though a little less consistent (I could tell the chef was different on the different days I stayed), but still good. I opted for the all-inclusive deal and that was great value for money. One very important note for travellers who, like me, are not very much into loud music: beware of weekend stays and of the location of your room. The music in their main restaurant is very loud and I can't imagine staying in any of the rooms above it - the loudness would have been unbearable. I would also strongly recommend the hotel to make 'Do not disturb' signs available. I had several staff members come knock on my door asking if I needed anything, which I didn't think was necessary, especially at times when I was taking a nap and had to get out of bed to get the door.

this property is very top notch. it has real presence and you are on the beach. All the time! The staff is world class, literally from all around the world. food food in Bob Marley sons restaurant is finger licking good. Rooms are decorated and furnished with retro- modern furniture and very classy. We even met one of the executives, Ramon. He was very gracious, professional and informative, and help us make Fives our home.

This is a gem low noise helpful staff extremely elegant breathtaking property and details food a Romarley restaurant top class. Manager Sergio is very kind and professional Jenny our ambassador went the extra mile, she should be a top manager! Rooms are large, great large ceiling to floor windows with Oceanview. If you want quality service and like highend things this is it!

Beautiful property and beach. The hotel is still being finished currently. The hotel staff are all very nice and super friendly!

The hotel is brand new so that was great. Service and staff super nice. Room service food very good . They just took super long time to bring breakfast... Pool and beach club super nice as well .

Been to most places in Puerto and nothing compares. Right on the Beach and super close to town. Everything is modern, luxurious and brand new. Extended my stay because it was so nice. Staff is 5 star. Very friendly and professional staff. I’ll be back. Thank you to the staff for taking care of us during our stay.
