Beautiful hotel

Great location,great view, but sometimes front desk gets confused with booking!! I am sure they will figure out sooner or later. The food is amazing for sure. The second time I stayed in penthouse the view and the room was amazing. Overall I give them five stars.

Great hotel with amazing views. The staff was was supper helpful with everything we needed including transportation. Will stay here again.

We had an excellent staying at this hotel, the employees were very helpful and friendly. We had a good time while we had dinner because they had live music, the bathroom was nice, clean and big, super confortable bed, small tv room and a nice kitchenette. We also had a wonderful breakfast at their restaurant. Excellent excellent

Good hotel, excellent breakfast, clean and friendly staff. Problems two rooms and in both first 4 nights maid left only 2 towels for 4 people and then two days no towels had to discussion with manager. Pool area under repair no towels or attendants. if you want coffee in room coffee pods had to be bought, they should leave at least two for free as courtesy. Over all would stay again

We had the best time in Medellin. This hotel property is the best. The pool view is magnificent and the pool water is warm throughout the day. The restaurant food is excellent. The waiters and waitresses have the warmest hello every time we were there. The security guards, hotel bellhop, spa staff are all friendly. Except for the front desk, they are a bit snob. Moreover, I’m disappointed that we have to reuse one hand towel for five days. I highly doubt they run out of towel supply. Just saying
