It was a beautiful hotel. I definitely would stay there again.

Even though I was once put by a room beside the elevator which wasn’t noticeable at all unlike the last booking. The overall stay and location was a great suggestion and pick. The only thing that made it uncomfortable for me was, I have no idea why I was given a handicap room as tall as I am. Everything was a lot lower than unusual, which made some things uncomfortable. If you’re going to give me a handicap room, then give me the parking as well. Didn’t have a fridge nor microwave so my takeout food was useless.

My very first stay was excellent I enjoyed it from beginning to end. Didn’t want to leave but plan on coming back soon.

This is the second and last time we will stay at this hotel. Both elevators were broken at one point. The bed was horrible, we woke up with back pain both nights. The TV didn't work properly, it kept "skipping". We came back to our room at 4pm Saturday and the room was never cleaned. We were sitting in the bar area and this year no one even came over to ask if we wanted to order anything. (Last year they were right on us) The front desk associates were not friendly at all and the Valet employees didn't help load or unload our car, yet stood there waiting for a tip. I won't waste another dime at this place. It's a shame because last year's experience was so much better!

Great area. My score is low because the elevators were not working properly. One not at all, the other sporadically. Also when I booked I asked for 1 king sized bed since I was traveling with my husband. They gave me 2 doubles. That's an issue for 2 grown adults too share a bed. Those were my only two problems. Otherwise good experience.
