Very pet friendly.

Great location for pet owners, next to large park that is fenced and gaited. Room was very clean, though a bit small for our crew. Will definitely stay here again!

Great little gem in Sheridan

The staff was friendly and welcoming and our room was very clean. We travel a lot with our two dogs, so we were especially grateful for their wonderful pet policy (two dogs of any size free) and great rates. There is a nice paved trail that follows the river right next door. We will for sure be back and I highly recommend it!

A Super Place!

The owner has taken much time and effort to make the grounds really beautiful. Be sure to sit outside after dark. Ive stayed in places around the world, and have never stayed in a cleaner plce. The bed was very comfortable. The price was amazing. Just down the street is a Perkins and several very nice restaurants 2 - 3 blocks away!

Our stay

I read reviews before I book any hotel and they were rated an 8. We tried to save a few bucks with this room, but - bad mistake I have to disagree with the previous rating. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a large spider on the air conditioner. I killed it! Then I noticed how cluttered the room was with furniture! The room is only about 12 x 15 ft. or so, but with the queen, bed, the large recliner chair, a dresser, a desk, a refrigerator, and a microwave there was hardly room for us! But, of more concern was the wiring. All electrical appliances were plugged into one of two power cords. One lamp didn't work until we investigated and found it partially unplugged. Does this arrangement follow the codes?? We did not sleep very well because of a raucous clacking noise coming from the air conditioner (it wasn't the fan). We could have turned the A/C off but without it the room was stifling. The noise quit for a minute or so at times, but soon started up again. We are not normally complainers, but in this case we felt we had to document our stay.

Wasn't the most modern of facilities, but we enjoyed it. The landscaping with all of the flowers was nice after sparse hotels. The pool was clean and warm and the kids enjoyed it very much. Little benches outside each room with a side table to sit out and enjoy the day after being cooped up in a car all day. Very comfortable bedding, and the microwave popcorn in the room was a great touch.
