It was amazing!!! The staff were very friendly and professional at the same time!

The stay was amazing from start to finish. After check in I arrived to my room and the tv turned on to welcome me. The room was spacious and accommodated my needs. I will definitely use them again.

The bathroom was disappointing. There was no tissue and in the shower and toilet wasn’t cleaned well. The shower had red marks in the inside and the toilet still had debris on it.

Great property with a great lobby and a restaurant with appetizers. Breakfast ala carte and snacks for purchase. Large tv in the room. Great water pressure in the shower. My go to property in north Columbia and even sweeter being under $100. I have a free night now and plan to return next week. Friendly staff too!

When I got to the hotel at 10:40 pm on Friday night with my 9 years old ,there was NO soap in the room, when I called the front desk I was told to come and get it !!!! so at 10:45 I'm going downstairs to get the soap so we can wash our hands. This room was never cleaned !!! Called the front desk and told them hair on the pillow , hair on the floor , red spots on the pillows!!! I have pictures to proof !!!! Carpet VERY DIRTY!!! Ask person and the front desk to have a Manager to call me since there wasn't one on duty and no one did. I called hotel on Monday and ask for the Manager and was told is not available but someone will call you back . NEVER GOT CALL BACK !!!! this is worst ALOFT hotel I ever stay in my life!!!

Nice hotel, but very loud. The people beside us blasted music until after 4am. Tv was also broken

My stay was horrible, I’ve never stayed at Aloft that I was so uncomfortable in. When we first walked in it didn’t feel like an Aloft the carpet was dirty, the elevator was dirty, the carpet in the room was dirty I didn’t want to touch it without socks or shoes on. All we heard was slamming doors ALL NIGHT(both nights) As I was making my bed the next morning I noticed that the linens on the pillows was dirty(one looked like mold) And to top it off the elevators were down ALL Morning and afternoon. There was a gentleman(I’m not sure if he was the manager)had the nerves to tell us “oh y’all going to get some exercise today” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️ This was my first time in Columbia(for a wedding) and if I ever return I will definitely book with Aloft downtown(where I was supposed to be) I would recommend someone Hotel 6 over Aloft Harbison

Great staff. Comfortable bed. Lobby and overall hotel was beautiful with the decor and scenery. The only flaws were the fact we had to take the stairs for a few hours because both of the elevators were broken. Other than that technical issue, it was a fantastic stay and the experience was exceptional. Will definitely return soon.

Contemporary rooms and bathrooms we're excellent. Loved the pool and social areas. Original room had lots of pet stains and smelled like a dog had just been there. Switched rooms and second room was nice and clean. Had a very enjoyable relaxing weekend. This is my favorite home away from home.

Me and My husband was very satisfied with our stay to service was amazing. We arrived 3 hours late due to a delay of our flight and the hotel clerk gave us a call to let us know that she could hold the room for us and wait for our arrival
