The service at the front desk is very dry and lack of service awareness

I would only stay here again for an emergency. There was mold in the bathroom and a musty smell in the room. The man at the desk was impatient and acted like he did not want to be there. I am not a fancy person, but I like some degree of freshness in the room and polite customer behavior.

Overall my stay was good there was a little difficulty checking in because the original reservation was under my wife’s name and she did not accompany me. But staff worked with me, they contacted my wife, we were able to get the room.

Room was average for the price range and the room was clean but the parking in front was muddy and nasty from rain washing in dirt and debris. The key card wouldn't work on the first room assigned so they gave me a different room.The key card would not work on it either. Management tried resetting it to no avail. I stayed in it anyway because I didn't need to leave the room that night.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There is no free airport shuttle. We were told that it's been this way since March. The Blue bus line stops outside and connects to the Blue Line Metro. The clerk on duty when we arrived did not tell us about the bus when we asked for alternate ways to get downtown. There is no breakfast buffet. The weight room is closed. We basically got a room and a granola bar in the morning. Most of the electric outlets in the room did not work. In order to charge my phone, I had to turn on a bank of lights over the vanity area. So, charge the phone with the lights on, or sleep, but no phone charge. The safe in the room did not work. The refrigerator was good for cool, but not cold. Plenty of linens, and they were clean. Took a shower first thing, and broke the bottom of the tub. It was apparently recently installed and not seated properly. No hot water to speak of. At least the water wasn't too cold. Free toiletries means soap. Period. 2 small discs of soap. Overall, given my total experience, while it was clean and wasn't uncomfortable, I'll spend the extra money and stay somewhere else next time I'm in the area.

The hotel listing promised a hot breakfast and shuttle and had neither. We were also told we would have a microwave and fridge in the room and did not. The overall state of the property was shabby. The front desk was very friendly.

Everything good as expected for the price...but no hot water for the entire stay...kept getting “the manager is advised” but no hot water Was told I’d be compensated for the stay but I have not...kinda need hot water to wash you arse

Great place , clean. Great staff

Hotel is right next to 395, which takes you straight to DC. the #87 bus picks up next to the property and takes you to the pentagon metro stop if you don't feel like driving. Restaurants within walking distance. Room is average for a roadside motel. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was not like the pictures. The furniture was garbage. There was no microwave or mini fridge. This was one of the worst places i have ever stayed at.
