No pool and it doesn’t state it online when you book it. The pool was under renovation for 1 1/2 was what I was told by the employees! It should be made clear before I booked it since I filtered for hotels that had pools! Asked for a refund and left to another hotel!

I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available, AND there was not any type of breakfast - as was highlighted and promoted on the website/Hotels.com. We were traveling with children, which made those the ONLY reason we chose that hotel. Boo!

The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable! However online it stated the pool, Hot tub and breakfast was available, and none of it was once we got there. If I would have known that I would have chose a different place. The little store they had for food and such be TAXING too. I wanted a snack but not gonna spend $4 on a bite size product.

Front desk seemed not happy to be there. Had to pry them to get basic information like WiFi and elevator location. No pool no breakfast offered room was not really cleaned my drawers had used Kleenex and there was a bottle of perfume left behind

The pool and fitness area was closed due to COVID. There was no breakfast (prepackaged or otherwise) available due to COVID. Housekeeper comes every 3 days due to COVID. My shower had a fixated head as well as a removable shower head, however the removable showerhead did not work at all, making showering for my small child difficult. I also noticed nasty gooey yellow debris on the shower hardware and black/brown mildew along the base of the shower where it meets the floor. Otherwise, the room was fine and basic. The first night was horrible because other guests were in and out of the hallway speaking loudly and slamming doors til about 1am. Check in/out was a breeze and people were wearing masks in the lobby, as requested.

We didn’t realize that the pool was closed and the free breakfast was unavailable until check-in with a sign at the desk. We should have called as other hotels listed on the website what was closed due to COVID19. We picked this one because it allowed pets. Overall it was fine. We were just disappointed. Make sure to call to confirm which amenities are unavailable at this time.

Not happy with my stay. Our bathroom smelled like smoke really bad. I couldn't even hardly breathe in there. Call the front desk and they said they would have somebody come in and spray something. When we came back a few hours later it was still bad. I called down again and she said she would make a note on that account and hung up on me. The parking lot is full of potholes it was hard to drive on. The room was not that clean. We definitely will not be back to this hotel.

This property has the NICEST shuttle bus drivers, so friendly, especially Miss Jodie, she was so nice to me!! For a quieter stay, get a room with the double beds that face the back of the property, as the king size bed rooms face the freeway.
