The hotel is new therefore very clean and in a good location. There is no dinner facility in the hotel therefore you will have to eat out in the evening. Dressing gowns and slippers are not provided in the room. Have to be paid for. Not many of the staff spoke English and new to the area therefore no good recommendations around the area. No bookable links through the hotel to other hotels with more amenities or excursions.

A Portugese man at the front desk (terrible that I can't recall his name) helped me through my stay, from check in, answering several questions throughout, to check out. He's a real asset to the hotel, very professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. My room was really lovely, amazing view, extremely comfortable. Breakfast was okay, pool area was charming enough. Location within St. Julians can't be beat. I would stay again.

Lovely stay , lovely location.

Check in was very quick and welcoming. Very well located ,close to many restaurants and bars. Wonderful views of Spinola bay. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. Would definitely book again.

Disappointing

Despite the great location, good service, the hotel looking pretty new, I was quite disappointed to see that the room that I stayed did not reflect at all the pictures that I saw before booking the hotel. I booked a “superior” room and I was given a room with a tiny window on the side that faced a brick wall. For the price I paid, it was just not worth it at all. Stay away from all the rooms 102,202,302,402,502,602,702,802 and so on…the rooms located on this side of the hotel is just disappointing. I was glad that I didn’t pay for breakfast because it was so overpriced and so basic, it’s pretty bad. Watch out if you are using the car park, the hotel doesn’t keep track of guests using the car park meaning if anyone blocks you, you are in big trouble. That happened to us trying to leave the hotel, meaning we nearly missed our flight waiting for the hotel manager to find the guest who blocked us.

Really nice hotel

Really nice hotel and overall had a really good stay. Many of the staff were excellent but had a few issues at times, and our room wasn’t really a ‘deluxe sea view’ as advertised, but instead a pleasant harbour view

This is the best place i have ever stayed in Malta. The staff are really helpful and kind. The facility’s are outstanding and located in a really good spot.
