It took about an hour to get a room after check in.....they had to switch rooms 3 times...the first room would not open....thw second room was undwr constriction......the pwrson at front desk didnt seem to know what he was doing...horrible experience

It was good. Trying to find a job. The staff is polite and respectful.

Great hotel, awesome friendly and helpful staff. I love the kitchenette because i cook. One slight issue is last time i was there i saw cockroach on countertop in room. Theres a problem with roaches on first street in general but now theyre seeping into this nice hotel.

Unfortunately, I am homeless with my cat. I needed a place to stay and you were able to accommodate me and my pet. I was able to cook, I enjoy cooking. Your are employees were wonderful, very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything and all your hospitality

To start off, I came in at around 1am to check in and the guy at the front desk(who also may have been a janitor?? Short on staff?) informed me I’d have to wait 20 minutes to an hour for my room because the system wasn’t working. We reserved a king size bed with a sofa/living space. My partner and I waited the full hour for the room and when we got to the room, I was completely unsatisfied to see the way the room was furnished. The tv was facing the door while the sofa and the bed were on each side of the tv making it difficult to relax and watch comfortably. The tv didn’t even turn on and a few of the lights didn’t either... To make matters worse, there was hair on the walls of the shower and bathroom from previous guests and when you turned the water on to the sink of the bathroom it let out a horrible smell as if the pipes were molded or the water wasn’t filtered leaving a stench on your hands after using it where I then had to resort to using the shower to wash my hands... This was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

the hotel smelled super bad that I can't stand, I had to change hotels ..

I wasn't very happy with the front desk help having a policy of my brother needing I.D. so my brother can stay and so he brought me lunch front desk thought that I was trying to sneak him in and kicked me out! So i dont know how my stay was because i was kicked out in the conjested night of wild fires. I would appreciate a full refund!?

Very disappointed. As soon as I walked in the 1st room, I was greeted by roaches the curtains were half up. I then called to change rooms, I had to wait over an hour for the system to update. When I finally got to my room, I ordered food. When the delivery guy came, they wouldn't open the gate. So I never got my food after waiting 2 hours.The guy at night is never at the desk. It takes him a while to get to the door or let you in the gate.
