When I got here I asked if there was any way to take some off the price of the room. I got “ no that was through a third party I can’t do anything. Even though I hadn’t paid for the room yet. Then she runs my card for more than the price listed by Expedia and says I reserved a king bed with sofa bed. Which I had not! She then cancels that transaction and runs for the price Expedia quoted, so she could have knocked more off if she wanted to. Then she had this why are you bothering me attitude that I will be tell the manager about at checkout. I also had to call down for sheet to the sofa bed and as I’m pull the bed out there is sign that says they will deliver them. I call she says I have to come get them. I usually don’t write reviews about my stays. But she rubbed me the wrong way.

Very helpful staff with our Tupperware rally. Conference was set up exactly as we asked and all details seem to professionally. The rooms were comfortable and the pool area clean.

The hotel lobby and halls smelled awful. The room was not cleaned well. There were no precautions taken to prevent the spread of COVID19. Staff were not wearing masks. Only one working ice machine in the entire hotel. Grounds were not maintained. More expensive than other hotels in the area and not as well maintained.

Flooring especially carpets were not clean. Hallways extremely hot. Our air conditioning unit had a loud rattle and the knob fell off. In the bathroom the faucet handle came off.

We stayed here, as we had to move my son’s things out of his dorm at Ashland University. Staff was very positive and upbeat during a difficult situation.

The free snacks and drinks provided at check in. Also the fresh cookies

Love the lobby with inviting fire place with hot coffee all day

We loved how clean our room was. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows.

Unfortunately the pool and workout facilities were closed when we arrived.

Lobby was cold. Room was clean but door holding refrigerator compartment was old and had broken hinges.
