The headboard was covered in something, looked like cleaning products. The shower was messed up and too small. And the room didnt have curtains, just thin, sheer sheets, anyone walking past could see inside.

We got the room to do hair/makeup for a photoshoot... The room was clean, and the 1st and 2nd shift front desk clerks were so kind and hospitable to my bridesmaids and myself.

Friendly staffand clean rooms. Didn't like the breakfast.

Arriving late at night I really only want to get in my room and lay down. I don't get why it takes so long to check in, when I have already paid for the room and they have all my info already? Called ahead and asked for a ground floor room which I was told was no problem, but when I got there they said they didn't have any. People hangin out in the lobby and by the front door not wearing masks even though the sign on the door clearly states that you have to wear one while you are in the lobby. Had to use the nasty elevator to get to our room. No breakfast, no ice, machine broke. Why advertise that when it isn't gonna be there? We had to wipe down our room cuz of the covid and woke up to find ants all over the place, and we were on the third floor! Not worth the amount of money paid for this place. I should have been paid for all the cleaning I had to do before I could sleep.

Convenient location. Staff was very fine. Nathan, at check in, was pleasant, kind and professional. He had to handle a couple of awkward situations as we checked in. Our room, upon arrival, had not been cleaned. Nathan handled it well without blaming anyone. Truly a consummate professional. Facility needs to be renovated. Carpet at doorway patched. Will keep this place in mind for future travels. Hopefully it will fixed up before we return.

Great experience!!! But just wish the pool was open and had breakfast!!! Pool is not the hotel’s fault but it would of been nice to gotten a better discount since the pool and no breakfast

just fine. Clean. big room. Outside of town so no people hanging around outside like at hotels in town.

Check in staff was friendly but not well trained. It took 15 nin to check in amid other problems. My first room had a broken heater, I changed rooms and later at night someone opened my door. Fortunately the security latch was on but I think the desk clerk may have keyed another person into my room forgetting she had changed it.

Very Meh- best think I can say is I didn’t see any bugs. It it wasn’t very clean and they need to hire new cleaning staff. I’d also suggest moving the smoking area away from the door. I was pretty disappointed.
