We were delighted with our short stay at this Hampton Inn in Carol Stream IL. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, attentive, and effective. From booking, to check in, to breakfast, to nice touches throughout the day like freshly baked cookies to a variety of complimentary beverages, we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. Gladys, Lola, and Ken were all particularly helpful! Our only complaint was resolved within minutes! The originally assigned room 518 had a rather noisy ventilation fan in the bathroom. Gladys came up from the front desk within 3 minutes and gave us keys to the next room 520, which did not have any problems. All service with a smile! We shall stay here again if we need to be in the Wheaton neighborhood overnight. They treated us like old friends or family.

Had family emergency and had to find a local hotel near the hospital. It is within 5 miles of Central Dupage Hospital. Experience was great and clean and most importantly, quiet! Would recommend

The decor is becoming a little tired.

Always like Hampton Inns and the service and breakfast. My only concern was the water pressure in the showers in our room. The water pik shower head pressure was not adequate for a proper shower.

It was just an overnight stay for visiting family in the area. We just needed a clean, comfortable room to sleep and shower. This was perfect. The whole place was VERY clean; no smells - not even ones to cover odors. It smelled (and was) simply clean. The bed was very comfortable - no complaints. Oh, the shower could have had a little better pressure - that would've been nice. That's the only thing I can think of to improve.
