Very convenient location to the Juneau airport, but the hotel is run down a bit. Furniture was worn, bed was older and not so clean

This was one of the dirtest places I have ever stayed. The staff was nice. To sum it up, we were interrupted several times as we were preparing to checkout. Three different employees came to tell us to leave , even after we informed them that the front desk had given us a 12pm checkout. The elevator was in and out of service. The laundry room is filthy. The beds are placed on hollow bed frames and the mattress is too small so we had to wedge towels between the bed and frame to keep from sliding off the sides of the bed. The hotel reeked of dog urine snd feces. We had to evacutate the hotel due to someone making popcorn. Our smoke alarm went off twice . The parking lot had abandoned cars in it. Just a very disappointing experience from what we have come to expect from the Extended Stay brand. Especially in the mist of a pandemic. Cleanliness should have been at the top of the list

The move to a quieter room was easy. Tv only 10 channels worked. Good wifi was extra. Nice kitchen. No coffee or breakfast due to covid. Overall good value for the price.

It was run down, freezing cold and no one around to ask for a blanket. Not a good stay

The carpet had some huge stains on it and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The refrigerator made a fair amount of noise when it came on but worst of all the racket from the hallway made me think someone was attempting to break down my door. The staff was courteous and professional.

Pretty basic hotel: clean, bed/pillows not super comfortable, hot shower, older look. Very close to airport, walking distance to food. The check-in agent wasn't there when i arrived and was brief with me (not very welcoming). No shuttle.

Perfect for our 14 hr layover the botel is basicly in the airport parking lot so we rolled our 5 bags right over check in was. Usy bit the csr handle ot quickly. Room was clean and cosy the bed was perfect my hisband and I packed our fresh catch soloman in the freeze and took a walk to have dinner and shopping. We will be stay again soon.

Proximity to airport was great. Plenty of parking. Close to several hikes and the glacier. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. There was a water issue in the hallway causing a musty smell. The police were called one evening due to a couple fighting. Someone was smoking in the hallway causing our room to smell of cigarette smoke. No restaurants within walking distance. We are planning to return for another trip and will plan to stay at another facility.

The staff are friendly. The first room was fine. The second room has an odd smell. As with other hotels, breakfast is not provided due to COVID. The staff will provide a coffee pot, filters, and coffee if you ask. Same with dishes.

I loved the excellent service provided by Johnny and the other front-desk people. I appreciated the proximity to the airport- yet it was very private and quiet the night I stayed. I feel everybody went out of their way to be helpful, which I especially appreciated since I had missed my flight and hadn’t planned on a stay in Juneau. The room was very clean and comfortable.
