Comfortable accomodation, basis but clean. Friendly staff, restaurant on site . Close to town and major attractions. Well priced .

Great location, relaxed and peaceful Great staff, great service Room was clean and bright, warm and inviting Bed was like sleeping on concrete (personal opinion only) Very welcoming indeed

Spent weekend with half the lights not operational. Asked for replacements got none. Booked for 2. Specified non couple. Got 1 bed. No blankets in room. Broken thermostat both heaters: oscillating between 32 & 17 randomly & constantly. Staff did not fix this. 0 degrees overnight, not fun with a broken heater. No various basics like a tea towel. Broken phone. No replacement. Wi-Fi code was wrong & for a different hotel by the same brand. Most of the staff couldn't be bothered with common politeness let alone basic skills in hospitality. The exception was one young man who manned the front desk: he alone did give good customer service. Shower and bath broken. This led to me & the room blasted with arctic and then scolding water. I have rarely had a worse stay in any hotel & I'm deeply disappointed. I've stayed at the hotel previously & enjoyed my stay. I feel utterly ripped off by the weekend.

Very good in every respect. We were disappointed we needed to leave earlier than planned due to the COVID-19 closedown and hope to stay again in the future.

Food was great, but did not like shower in my room

A little tired looking in the bathroom but beautifully fresh linen and a spare blanket. The quietest air conditioner ever!! Unfortunately, the bright lights outside each door together with the two light under each tree in the lawn - two each tree lit the insides of the rooms as though it was daylight.daylight. Perhaps motion lights would be great for OH &S reasons and then we could all sleep. Other guests I discussed this with agree with me. The Restaurant staff were terrific but the room looked like a temporary spot and lacked any ambience.

Lodge room was underwhelming. Clean and well turned over but dated fitiut, no minibar, ave. instant coffee. Bed was good. Restuarant staff helpful but untrained on menu. Food was ok, menu too busy and lacked direction. We would stay again but if i mention it was our wedding anniversay as i did would be nice for that to be acknowledged by hotel.littlethings. Thanks

Bathroom rubber mat so saggy for a nice facility bathtub showers are old school need updating for sure other wise a nice stay gorgeous gardens and day spa

Thought the property was badly in need of maintenance.
