Very nice friendly service. Pool was wonderful. Very nice

Rooms were clean and fairly nice but had obvious wear-and-tear (i.e. balcony screen doors were consistently hard to open, kept coming off the track). The facilities are nice though, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Johnathon the bartender was wonderful and consistently gave excellent service. Because we went during COVID times, only 2 restaurants were open for dinner in the evening, and the hours were more limited for the bars than usual. However, this was never a problem as the resort was well under capacity, so we never had to wait in line. The food was solid, on-par with other all-inclusive resorts I've been to, with a mix of some excellent dishes and some not so good. But given this is an all-inclusive resort, I would simply get another dish if I didn't like my meal, and always felt satisfied even as a big eater. The quality of alcohol isn't amazing (top shelf is like Absolut), but on-par for the cost of the resort. The location is beautiful, although the ocean is not swimmable. The pools were clean and comfortable with swim-up bars open during the daytime. I enjoyed my trip, especially given how affordable it was. I would consider coming back here in the future.

Beautiful facility with breath taking views everywhere!

Beautiful hotel, rooms were great, the service was exceptional. Only area of improvement is in the food but with all-inclusive that is always an issue. The best part of our stay was how safe they made us feel in times of COVID. Sanitizing was a priority at this hotel and this put me at ease and I was able to enjoy our vacation

Gorgeous resort that far exceeded our expectations. Our room had an ocean view, the pool was relaxing and beautiful, the staff were phenomenal - friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (especially when it came to the restaurants accommodating my celiac disease). The massages and amenities at the spa were divine and a perfect way to spend our last day at Dreams. We will definitely be back.

Hotel was nice and good service but please lock up your belongs my husband’s cologne went missing any of course they claimed no one took it!

Beautiful! Staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Rooms were clean and would stay again.

The staff is great,the hotel is wonderful! BUT food wasn’t great at all. There needs to be more of a selection instead of the same food daily. The pool bar closes really early. So if you want to stay in the pool after 6pm you have to walk to other bars for a drink. What you need to know is the beach is not swim able at all!!

Beautiful site, needs more food options for children

Wonderful 6 days! Dreams opened on the 1st and we arrived on the 4th. The staff and their procedures to ensure safety was excellent. Plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the resort, each staff member stayed masked and gloved were appropriate. The restaurants were set up to ensure social distancing and the staff put safety first.
