Perfect for a short, comfortable stay right in the middle of all the action. The rooms are small so be prepared but if you want a quiet, safe, clean, modern room these are perfect. The beds are so comfortable I woke up every day refreshed. Bathrooms are very modern, I was genuinely surprised at the high quality finish of the whole hostel. I find it hard calling it a hostel to be honest!

Liked - lights around bed - very quirky place to stay - very centraal if needing to be close to city centre. - welcoming staff - fresh towels always there - hairdryer - toiletries - water - this was very much needed. - felt secure - good wifi - comfy bed - enough hangers What could be better - quite a noisy place to stay so not for the light sleeper… door constantly banging throughout the night, music playing at 8am by hotel, not sure the pods are sound proof. Due to being an anxious sleeper I barely slept whilst there which slightly annoying - no luggage storage - shower cubicle kept flooding the ladies bathroom - no water filling station or vending machine and the cubes are quite warm with air con so can leave dry mouth easily - bed sheets coming away

Its ok for one night, but no more.

For the location, the room price seemed a bargain however once you arrive you realise it is literally a small box, and for the price that you pay, you can get something around 30 euros more expensive for 4-star hotels with your own private bathroom. The room consists of a small set of stair upto a small sized double bed. You really have to be careful getting in and out, as the stairs are really small, and the steps only allow one foot at a time, i fell once, and nearly another time. you get two bottles of water and that's it, no TV no entertainment, no radio, and the ventilation machine outside the room is thick thick with Dust on the vent so you get almost no airflow in the room. I booked 2 nights but could only stay one due to how stuffy and uncomfortable the room was. The light also did not dim, it was the same brightness all the time, you could not adjust it except the colour, I have the same system at home, so there was something wrong with this one. The bathroom was ok, shared with others, the toilet was dirty each time i went to use it, and the shower was decent, if you don't mind walking out of the shower closet in front of a window with a blind that won't close as it was knotted up, so your bare naked for the world to see thru the windows and across the street from the flats Fresh towels and soaps etc. Overall for the cost, ive stayed much cheaper in better hostels, with more space to move

Good place nice location but small

Good place to stay if you are just interested in sleeping and not a hostel scene. The room was very small. We were two people but we couldn’t open the door if we were both standing in the walkway. The location was amazing less than a five minute walk from Amsterdam Centrale train station. The bathroom had a smell but overall had great decor and was clean. The hostel is located above a restaurant so you don’t get that typical hostel social scene, but it’s still fun and lively at night. Service was great and staff was really helpful. They don’t have luggage storage unfortunately.

It was the perfect spot for a solo three day trip to Amsterdam. Easy to get to from the central train station— it’s also central to what most tourists are interested in visiting. It was a great price. Comfortable enough for myself. The shared bathrooms were always clean and available. I barely saw another traveler using them during my three day visit. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just a great value and I would highly recommend.

Great hostel ! Very friendly staff :)

Great hostel ! Extremely friendly staff ! Reception is open 24/7 so it’s great for no need to worry if you arrive late. The cube itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. Even though we were worried about feeling claustrophobic, this was not the case at all, there are also two little windows on the side of the bed which help :) There is however very little room to stand up in, this wasn’t not an issue at all for us but may be something to bear in mind :) We had a great time and highly recommend this hostel !!

Kapselihostelli keskellä kaupunkia

Tämä on sellainen kapselihostelli ts. jos tarvitse vain paikan nukkua Amsterdamin keskustassa, mutta en huoneeseen tilaa yhtään laajemmille koreografioille, niin tämä voi olla ratkaisusi. Suihkut, vessat yms. jaetaan käytävällä asuvien muiden kanssa jne. Tämä hostelli on ihan kivan ravintolan yhteydessä keskellä Amsterdamin huvittelualueita, joten yhteydet ovat ok. Vierailuni aikana hostellissa oli rauhallista, mutta tarjolla oli myös korvatuplat, mitkä sitten kertonevat jotain (tai sitten eivät).
