Staff smiled and were very friendly. Everyone was so helpful with my mom who is challenged with sight. The free breakfast was amazing and so was lunch. The chefs were pretty amazing. The suite I was staying in was clean and comfortable. It was modern. I was happy with my stay at the hotel. Special shout out to Admiral and Oliver. Also the restaurant crew.

Great staff , clean location , safe . I believe I was upgraded to a higher tier room since it had a full kitchen inside . I usually stay at Courtleigh on my trips to Jamaica .

its always a pleasure to stay here every month. the property have a tremendous location, close to many restaurants, parks and shopping spots. the only drawback is the restaurant menu, does need a little more variety and the bar is kinda outdated, need some refresh to our times. it's like still in the past, but their staff is outstanding

The food was good. The wait service could sometimes be slow. Most of the time it was excellent but the last night I waited 45 minutes for a mixed drink.

The staff is amazing and very helpful ... the hotel is clean & neat. Not sure about location ... we were only passing through .... slept the night & left early in the morning...

Overall stay was good. Service at the Alexander restaurant could have been better

Majority of the staff at this hotel were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The property is clean, and the staff makes guest feel welcome. Needs more entertainment at nights even more so on weekends and holidays. Some furniture in the rooms could use a little updating. Overall this is an okay place.
