This apartment was very nice and comfortable! It was very clean and smelled so good. Quiet and in the best location! Loved the outdoor space too.

There was a good amount of communication and they provided excellent instructions for "checking in" to the property. There was a nice kitchen area with a small coffee selection and basic spices for cooking needs. Hygiene items left a bit to be desired since there was only a 2 in 1 bottle left in the shower area, so I'd highly recommend bringing your own essentials (which I typically do anyway so this really wasn't a big issue). Overall, this was a great stay and I'd definitely stay again when we're heading back to the Newport area.

Perfect location for Newport activities and Cincy. We did both. Very safe parking and entrance, good sized, quiet and clean. There were some small issues and front desk responded almost immediately and made things right. I would recommend this for anyone with activities in the Newport Aquarium area.

The location was good and we easily walked where we needed to go. The apartment was adequate and got the job done. The wood floors did not look clean. We could see lots of shoe prints down the hall. The upkeep seems to be just enough. There were cabinets in the kitchen missing fronts. This apartment sleeps 4, but the description is silent as to what type of bedding there is outside of the bedroom. It is a blow up mattress and there was no sheets for it. We would stay there again if there was no other option.

This place is very conveniently located for us when visit my son and his family in Ft Thomas. We have stayed in various apartments in this building. All are very dark in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Super low wattage light bulbs. Extremely cheap one ply toilet paper and no tissues. These things bugged me more than my husband so we kept returning. This stay changed his mind and we won't be back. The live tv option did not work at all. When i reported it, i was told to turn it off and back on. No follow up to see if it worked. And it didn't. Disappointing to say the least. There was also a used washcloth from the prior guests hanging on the shower rod.

Shower head was very old , stained and dirty 20$ on Amazon can get a nice new clean shower head. Floors very sticky , it may have been soap from the floor not being properly washed but it was disgusting and disappointing
