The hotel doesn´t have cribs and the sheets are stained with blood.

I had a two night stay, my room was not cleaned and I was not informed that it would not be. I only wanted the bed made and the bathroom cleaned and restocked. They brought me one set of towels. Best Western has lost my business. I would think with travel limited, a hotel would make an effort to attract customers, not use this virus to cut services. Very disappointed. I am a retired airline pilot, so I have traveled quite a bit. You should be ashamed of the level of service you are providing.

Great location great price comfy bed and pleasant staff

Bed had black hair in the sheets, comforter, and pillows. The people above us stomped around beginning at midnight and ending about 2 am. We called the front desk twice to complain but they did nothing. We were going to stay 3 nights, but we begged for a refund and checked out after 1 night and went to the Hyatt in Boulder, which I highly recommend.

Hotel was ok overall. Bathroom was not fully cleaned but was ok. None of the trash cans had bags. TV was not working. overall ok but with a series of small things that didn't match the expected standard.

Blood stains on comforter. Urine stain on sheets. Red lipstick and makeup stain on towels. Wifi doesn't work unless youre in the lobby. Front desk did give us new comforter and sheets but you would expect a place to be clean during this covid situation.

The pictures of the property seem a bit deceiving. It’s pretty old and smell musty. The beds are pretty comfortable and check in was easy.

We stayed at Best Western with our dog for 5 days. During our stay we were working remote. Two weeks before our arrival we called in to request pet friendly room and requested to add a microwave. During our check-in this information didn't show up but the gentlemen in the front desk was fairly nice about it and quickly resolve the issue. Overall cleanness for room and facility was very good. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating, especially Jen from front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She really made a difference for us!! Thank you!

Our stay was fine. The beds were comfortable. The location was good for us since we wanted to be close to the CU Boulder campus. The room was small and the cleanliness was OK, but the glasses had dust on them. The biggest disappointment was lack of breakfast food. Instead of the big buffet breakfast they used to have, now it is just a piece of fruit and bread item (bagel, muffin). No coffee or juice.
