I was very pleased with The Habtoor. All staff extremely helpful and friendly, we felt really comfortable and loved our stay. Good pool and beach, good security.

Second stay at this Hotel and look forward to the third. Whether your looking for a family stay, single stay or business this is the Hotel in Dubai Jumeriah Beach area. Staff are well trained professionals giving all personal attention.

It is a lovely resort and has it all. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed at Habtoor Grand for my partner's 30th birthday and had a lovely stay. The staff are very attentive and couldn't help enough. Prior to arrival I received an email asking if they could do anything for us in advance which was a lovely touch. We did order a 'limousine car' as an airport transfer through the hotel which was nice but note this was just a large car not a limousine as you may know it. We arrived at approximately 1am and check in could have been quicker given the time. The staff member who checked us in was nice and friendly however it felt as though he kept trying to upsell to us. I felt a little awkward having to decline the upgrade options at an additional price which should not be the case. We stayed in a 'standard' room however this was very spacious, clean and good air con with daily complementary water bottles. Housekeeping service was good and made a lovely bed set up for my partner's birthday. If you are a late sleeper, remember to put the do not disturb sign on your door before bed however as they knock or press your doorbell early to check what time you want housekeeping from. There are a number of restaurants and bar options at the hotel which were quiet at the time of year we went but this was typical given the weather. Food however was good! If you want to eat out the hotel is very close to the marina (5-10 min walk) or JBR walk where you can find other options which will be cheaper. Overall a good stay and I would recommend.
