Don't Bother

Worst stay I have had in any hotel. Our room had stains all over the carpet, the bath tubs paint was chipping off, and our air conditioning unit barely worked. We were in town to attend a baseball game and after we got back to our hotel there was a big cockroach that was on the wall in our bathroom. In the morning we came down to use the pool but it was closed for maintenance. We decided we were going to eat the complimentary breakfast and wait for the pool to open. To our displeasure there was absolutely nothing available for breakfast except a couple of granola bars. This was roughly 8am as well. We ended up having to leave a day early because our daughter got sick and was an hour away. Unsurprisingly at this point we were not able to get a refund on the second night even though we checked out around 830am. If that is policy than fine I get it. However, this hotel is a dump and needs to reconsider how they operate. At least spend my money that you kept to clean the carpets!

Never again

The carpets were horribly stained, art work on the wall glass was cracked, there was a fake pink diner nail on the floor in the bathroom. And there was a faint smell of pot in the hall when we checked in and when we left the next morning it was very strong.

Horrible

Courtyard stay

Breakfast selection was poor, water was very cold for shower. Convenient location near highways and airport.

Not worth saving $5, stay across the street.

No food for Breakfast, but they did not tell anyone. No Milk, No Syrup for waffles(why have waffles out?) no Juice. Rooms were dirty, dead bugs on the wall. Looked like carpets and chairs were stained. Only had two towels in the room. Other guests were complaining also that I could hear. Also our door was broken, did not lock without a lot of effort

Dirty and terrible

Dirty and not clean. 1. Got a room- dirty carpet. The toilet flush did not work. 2. Requested room change. The changed. Thanks. 3. Got the second room. They don't even vacuum the room properly. With family, a terrible experience. Just canceled another summer booking at Country inn. Avoid this property.

Don’t stay here!!!

The hotel was disgusting. Hall smelled like marijuana. Pool and spa filthy. Toilet did not work and had to be fixed. Worst of all no breakfast despite being advertised as having one. Kids running around unsupervised.

The staff was very kind and the rooms were decent. They ran out of breakfast by 8 AM and neither of the treadmills worked in the gym.
