Great family get away for family with kids. Children loved the water theme park and playground.

It was fantastic to have the waterpark however it wasn’t clear when looking through the photos and reading about the property that there was a surcharge per child. Also there is nothing for the kids to do past 5pm, even the playground is closed. If you check in at 2pm that means you have less than three hours to utilise the kids stuff. Hardly worth $5per child and overall definitely too expensive. Meals were okay. Breakfast just okay, missing the wow factor. No pancakes, no mushrooms etc. Staff were lovely. The outside tables don’t seem to get cleared often enough.

Problem with wifi. Pleased to see painting maintenance being performed on exterior areas. Areas in room #628 & bar area require attention.

Booked a family room for the weekend to enjoy the waterpark (the hotel boast about) with our young kids. (3) I was very surprised, on departure to be charged per kid for the use of the waterpark. After paying good money to stay at the facility, it leaves a poor experience.

The waterpark was excellent for family, however the bathroom and seating facilities at the waterpark were in quite poor condition.

The room was lovely. Very comfy beds. The waterpark needs a little attention, some of the steps a rushed and the lining is coming up on the surface of the waterpark. Sandpit needs fresh sand. Other than that the waterpark was awesome and our children loved it. The big pool and spa was amazing! Restaurant was great food was delicious and well priced. All employees were friendly and welcoming. We will be back again!!!!

Great for families

Great resort. Location was amazing, 2min walk to beach, Woolworths & eateries within walking distance. Hotel was great, waterpark big hit with the kids (one slide not working which was disappointing as I had called a few days earlier if there were any maintenance etc to waterpark or restaurant). Jumping pillow & trampolines as well as mini golf & playground (suit 5-7yo) Food at restaurant was great! Staff all very friendly, rooms were clean, loud hot water service but no worse than usual hotels. Will stay again

The pool and pool area were very dirty. One slide was closed. The goriness are nice but the room smelled mouldy

Beautiful water park and gardens but tired unit.

The water park, garden and restaurant were very good. The room needed renovation, with a hole and stained carpet. We had to call reception about the door lock failing twice. The battery was replaced once and a security issue the second time. The air conditioning developed an unknown problem to that the display panel had multicoloured flashing lights. Scotch tape was used to cover this but the unit was not fixed during our stay. The unit had a dishwasher but only limited crockery. The internet was terrible most of the time.
