Being a 4 start hotel the room Ait conditioning not working. Called reception number of time no pick up. Went to reception initially they did not agree went back again not working again went to reception took the person. He checked and agreed air conditioning not working finally changed room. This all happened between 11 pm to 12 pm. Had a flight to catch early morning that was purpose of hotel close to airport so left hotel around 3.15 am. But could not sleep and lost time Services were not upto good quality hire standards. The fridge are in room but empty so if one have to eat / drink it’s not available on even paid basis

although literally next to the airport there was no noise, the room was a corner room which was tremendous, i just wish i was staying longer than 1 night

Poor customer service.

The hotel did not recognise our pre-paid booking and we had trouble checking in. We did not receive any VIP benefits as a gold member. We were exhausted after a cancelled flight and travelling for a long time and it was frustrated to have problems checking in. The hotel is 2mins to terminal 1, it is new and very convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean and modern.

Happy customer

Picked this hotel due to morning early flight hence is easier as is located right beside the airport. The hotel staff at the front desk are very friendly and smiley. Both my aunt and I feel very welcome. Special shout out the the attentiveness of the staff that check me in. Sorry i didnt get his name. As i booked a twin bed room but it will only be available a few hours later hence i told him i am fine with a king size bed too. Upon entering the room, i think he told the house keeping staff to prepare 2 blankets which lay neatly on the bed instead 1 big blanket. Thats very thoughful so i wont have to snatch the blanket from my aunt. As there isnt much restaurant option at the airport so we ate at the hotel's restaurant. The service staff at the restaurant are equally friendly and nice. The food are nice except the asparagus soup is tad salty to our liking. I was impressed by the service that the staff did volunteer to recook the soup for us but we chose not to. We love the Iberico pork chop which was very delicious. The only part i didnt like was the toilet design, which left a gap with transparent glass that comes without any curtain or what not. Which means your travelling companion can just see thru and notice whatever you are doing inside the bathroom which lacks privacy.

Airport hotel

No bell/porter service. Facility very hard to find due to the airport not allowing signs. The facility was on the warm side. Nice and modern and very good food. Staff friendly and helpful.

Fabulous location, comfortable, spotless.

Another fabulous stay, this is one of my favourite hotels, everything is fabulous here. A very short walk to the airport, and the railway/underground - for the train into Berlin.

Excellent choice

What a beautiful hotel and at a great price. As we were walking to our room, I said to my husband, "It doesn't smell like a hotel." Many have a sweet, carpet deodorizer smell, this one smells and looks fresh. Room was outstanding.

I am sorry it was not what I was expecting. The hotel looked the part but not modern. The first room we had room 253 had a large amount of public hair on the bathroom floor and continuous running water in the toilet and the Air Con not working. We were then given the room next door room 255 but I refused this room and asked for another floor. Was then given room 333 this room was a little better but the Air Con again did not work properly and the room was only set up for a single person 1 set of towels and a single Duvet for the bed. Complaining again and all they did was give us extra pillows. The room also had no USB ports for a very modern looking hotel rooms very poor quality. Did not have a good overnight stay,
