Stay somewhere else... unless you like to party all night long. Despite the fact that is a fairly new property I had to checkout within hours and demand the refund of my money for the following issues: 1- when arrived.to the hotel they did not have my booking. 2- Room had a broken curtain 3- The TV had only 3 local channels - this was not communicated at all 4- mini bar incomplete 5- wifi password not provided 6- The phone was disconnected on purpose "due to covid-19" so you have to go down to the reception for any request - then they give you a whatsapp number to contact reception in case you need assistance and nobody read your messages for long time. 7- the room next to mine started partying and blasting the music around 2am and by 4:30am after sending several messages to reception I had to go down and asked the front office team to do something about it as I needed to rest. It took them 30 minutes to get the situation under control. BEWARE apparently it is acceptable in that hotel to blast the music even if you can hear it in your other rooms and/or thru the whole floor. 8- I asked the management to refund my money so I can move to another hotel and they still charged me a full night despite tha fact I could not sleep at all.

Contrariado

Una muy pero muy mala experiencia con el Check-in , recepción-lobby de puerta cerrada, una excelente infraestructura, lenceria de cama muy buena. Opciones de desayuno podrían mejorar. Problemas con la reserva a través de Hoteles, a pesar de que se encontraba paga.

MAL INFO EN LA APP

Muy buena, pero en la app estan servicios q no se ofrecen (ejemplo: la doble junior no tiene jacuzi)

Perdida de prenda

Algo decepcionado, dejamos una chaqueta en la habitación y horas después llamamos y la chaqueta ya no estaba.
