Great stay for 3 couples. Spacious, clean, nicely furnished. Easy walk to Beale St. Very safe and secure building, the residents and staff were friendly and helpful.

Likes: Nice appliances, good security, working elevators, nearby food & entertainment, King size bed, decent TV's, Good Wi-fi, as clean as a hotel room, Great Kasa CHAT support. Dislikes: Kasa check-in application buggy - never sure if you are "OK" (was able to reach Kasa via chat easily to verify), one of our three nights had loud guests in nearby suite, floor damage by entrance a trip hazard, complicated thermostat.

All about KASA!

The staff was very helpful with coordination and communication. Very timely on responses. Directions for check in and checkout clear. Security was everything, codes to building and room was sent at the best time before check in. Great location. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you guys!

Disappointed in Memphis

Stayer beware. Although you save some critical dollars here vs. a full-service hotel, very challenging when traveling for any possible early check-in or late check-out (very disappointing). Additionally, I was distressed when -- it felt like, as a customer -- they are very cognizant of us disturbing other members of the apartment building but did not advise us that a prom would be keeping us up until 11PM on our check-in date and then sent a terse text about a noise complaint at our unit (while we were at the Zoo). Location is great -- unit was nice -- but if I had to pick between this brand/chain/style and a traditional full-service hotel, I would go with the full-service from this point forward.
