Little disappointed

Place looked to be recently renovated and or under new ownership . Tub base was damaged and poorly repaired. Staff claimed no cribs available, but saw some available as we walked by. Decent place but not Worth the price especially considering distance from events. Did not reflect what was portrayed online

This hotel was very modern and pretty clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast selection could have been better and the hot tub was Luke warm. We had a nice stay.

Clean and Comfortable

Friendly staff however not up to expectations

It was easy to book our room online and we were very excited for our stay however there were a lot of issues with our stay. We did inform the front desk staff several times of The issues we were having. The first thing was is that we had to sign a paper stating we wouldn’t smoke and also put down $100 deposit that is refundable several days after you check out if you use a card. The whole hallway smelled like weed and cigarette smoke the whole visit. They did try to spray stuff to help make the issues better however it did not work. The bathtub also dripped the whole time and the blow dryer was broken. They did offer to give us a new room and did bring a blow dryer. The pool Area was nice however they only had a couple towels each time we went for all the people that were there so some people didn’t have towels. When we asked about the towels they said that the lady that did them was not coming into work so there was not a need to provide. Also in the morning when we asked what cleaning services would be done to our room that day we were told new towels and garbage emptied and upon coming back to our room nothing had been done! We went to the front desk and had to get our own toilet paper and again they had no bath towels to give us. The whole towel situation the whole smoke situation and the room not Being done like we were quested in the morning was a problem

Just fine

Decent for the price we paid. Felt safe and decently clean, had to be moved rooms once because the sink wouldn’t drain and the continental breakfast was pastic-y eggs and stale juice but it was decent altogether.

Reasonable price, pool was good temp and beds were comfy. Only complaint there was nothing I could have for breakfast (celiac)
