Marvelous hotel that lives up to its reputation as a five star hotel. Absolutely amazing! The rooms, the staff, the restaurants, the entire facility is world class. A memorable stay.

We liked the quietly efficient, genteel atmosphere, the bathroom, the bedroom space, the comfy bed, the working internet, the environs and the fabulous entrance hall and corridor. Just lovely. Not to mention the location. We would love to return.

The rate could a more affordable. $500.00 Canadian a night seems to be quite high for this property and India.

Fantastic hotel but with a big caveat. Rooms, facilities, cleanliness, airport transfers etc all excellent. However, we stayed two weekend nights. When we were escorted to our room it was immediately apparent that there was a large wedding party being set up in the garden below our room. We were assured it would be finished by 10pm. Eventually we were moved to another room at 10.40. The hotel is huge so after in the new room we heard nothing. It was disappointing we had to repack as we had flagged the issue immediately. We were offered complimentary dinner (which he had booked) so we feel that the issue was dealt with very fairly but could have been avoided completely if they had dealt with it immediately. We noticed there was another wedding the following day that was just as noisy but fortunately we had moved room. I would recommend this hotel but be aware of weddings and ask for a room away from the gardens. It is one of the best hotels in Delhi so there are lots of functions and non-residents using the restaurants, bars etc. This has been mentioned in other reviews. Overall very good.
