Fantastic! Such a romantic place to stay in a beautiful location.

Our stay was ok , the bed is not comfortable, it leans , heals higher than head = headaches They also don’t state about hidden charges, like 20 dollar fee for so say breakfast, that’s descent but nothing to brag about, we decided to stay here just to say we did! Bucket list checked off as nothing to brag about , the mask freaks here need to realize that it’s not going to save your life or no one else, it’s actually going to kill you in the long run!! Besides making you wear a mask is stupid not all employees of this establishment wear them, so there is a few smart people in Colorado

Our stay at Pikes Peak was probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Even through C19 regulations, The Cliff House was over accommodating and helpful. Our room was beautiful with an unreal view of the mountains. The cozy house like feel was perfect for a winter holiday getaway. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to COS and come to stay here again!

First of all, I attempted to call ahead to inform them that we would be arriving around 630pm but was placed on more than a 7 minute hold twice and hung up. We decided to check in before dinner because of this. We arrived and were told to wait again because the front desk guy was trying to figure out how to allow someone to pay with cash (who wasn't present by the way) The parking is not convenient. There are two options, park it on your own blocks away in a residential area or pay $15 for valet. Overall I wasn't impressed. Nice place to stay I suppose but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here.

Super relaxing stay at a truly great hotel! Very clean and staff super friendly. Would recommend for a night away to relax and unwind. Definitely will stay here again.

Great older property, well kept and stylish. Great service, friendly and efficient. Not geared for the business traveler, to nice. Definitely a couples' retreat

I had been wanting to stay here for a good while my husband booked room didnt check it was queen bed the room was very small felt like i was in a closet i payed $145.00 per night and then they tell me they charge another $20 mandatory fee per day plus $15 for valet parking or u get street parking and u gota find a spot to park they dont have alot of amenities in room breakfast was good service of waiter was good

The room was run down and had to have maintenance come up twice. Then went to breakfast reservation and could not get seated. Stood there for 10 minutes on two occasions. Told lady at front desk and told maintenance when he came up again and he said yeah the restaurant isn’t what it used to be. The front desk asked how everything was at checkout and I told her horrible and she just said oh. Not what can we do to make it right or kiss my rear. Don’t waste your money on this hotel.
