I enjoyed my Stay here. This is absolutely the best place for long Stays in Zurich. No doubt about it. The staff is amazing. The coffee machine in the lobby is also great. Got my expressos every morning. Definitely going back to Zurich soon & JOYN will be Home.

My stay was pleasant nd lovely we arrived a bit late but we just had to ring for a code to enter then use self check in which was quick and easy the room was lovely modern and had a romantic feel to it with the curtains around the bed. The bathroom was nice it had big shower and two different shower heads with a lovely 18 in 1 soap which smelled amazingly fruity we booked the basic room which didn’t come with a cooker which in my opinion is a must in Switzerland because of the price of eating out plus on Sundays most shops are closed except the ones in train stations etc. Reception was lovely had a community room and a place to wash your clothes so all in all would defo recommend bd I will be looking for there other locations around the world

It does the trick, but will not blow you away...

I only had to be here for one week. This is really just an apartment block. There is a shared area on the ground floor with a coffee machine and some vending machines. Although the elevator has a button to go to the 6th floor (bar!!!!), there is no bar. The Joyn building is located near to the airport, in an (upcoming) area. Architecture and surroundings are very modern and unpersonal, but yeah... that is probably a matter of taste. There is plenty of places to get some food around and most importantly, this place was only a 5 minute walk away from my work place.

Very comfortable at Joyn Zurich

Joyn is great for an extended stay although the wifi is quite slow, so may not be ideal unless you have mobile internet. The largest suite is a good size and nicely furnished. Whilst there is very little nearby, it does have two great supermarkets next door and a short walk away. Trams to central Zurich take about 25 mins from directly outside and it is handy for the airport. An unfortunate element of my stay was that the fire alarm went off 3 times including being evacuated from the building at almost 3am. If people burn food (or in one instance popcorn) in their room, the smoke detectors are very sensitive and it seems to be a common occurrence. Again, probably not an issue for short stays but for longer stays it is frustrating.

Brand new - but 20 mins away from Zurich HB

Brand new serviced apartments. The room was very good, but for some reason they didn't have (or I couldn't find) the English TV channels. But you can stream direct from your phone/tablet so it wasn't a problem. If you are checking in late (after 10pm), call ahead and get the door code. Otherwise you can check in and out anytime. It is pretty convenient if you don't mind a 20 min tram ride from Zurich HB. I wouldn't say that its far, but just to consider. Overall great stay!

Excellent apartments

Excellent new build apartments that are modern, very clean and has a handy small kitchen with microwave, grill, 2 ring hob and a dishwasher. There's a laundry room which is easy & cheap to use by downloading the app. I had an apartment on the ground floor with a terrace onto the internal courtyard which has very nice planting & lights up at night. The apartments are very secure with the ability to drop down an external shutter & you can only enter the underground car park , gym, lifts etc with your room key. The staff are fantastic very friendly & will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend location in Zurich & a good base if your travelling around. I would definitely stay here again.
