Hotel was dirty fowl smell very fowl

One of the worst stays ever at a Wyndham Hotel. Manuela the front desk clerk needs to be retrained in customer service. Upon check-in I was given the keys to an occupied room. Second, I have an auto immune disease and asked that no one enter the room while I was gone someone entered rummaged through my things and stole a dress. Manuela assured me my room had not been entered but that was a lie the maid had been in. I asked her what was the policy when something like this happened and she stated you talk to a manager in the morning. I then asked for her to call the police so that I could make a report about my stolen items. She called the police but stated she did not think anything was stolen. I told her that if she was not aware of what had been taken she should not comment. Spoke with manager the next morning no resolution. This hotel is not safe in terms of cleaning during COVID.

There were coffee filters in the room and cups to make coffee but no coffee machine, no ice bucket in room and no ice machine on floor. No do not disturb sign provided on door. Housekeeping knocking on door at 10:10 am, when check out time is 11 am. People do sleep.

This hotel is very dirty and does not represent the Wyndham brand. The first room smelled like smoke and items were broken in it. The second room had stains all on the wall, unclean, and just frightening to be comfortable in. I can see why the rates are non refundable. Elevator had something sticky spilled on the floor and just overall disgusting.

The WIFI did not work two of three days. It was a problem for my business and kids' school.

Went to check in. No one to be found for a good 5-10 minutes. A homeless man (appeared to be), was using one of the tables where people gather. In the lobby and abruptly left when the employee came from the back. Went to room, (I understand there isn’t traditional room service), but there was a trash bag of alcohol bottles and vomit stained towels sitting in the hall next to my room from the room next door. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and besides a few minor runs or tears in the linens, wasn’t in bad shape overall. I didn’t expect spa quality soap, but the dish soap that’s supplied for the shower is a bit harsh. There were some things the hotel couldn’t control; outside traffic noise, constant coming and going of guests...things like that. It’s off the main, but the noise from 1960 was just as bad. Overall, not a horrible hotel, just not what I expected with the Wyndham name attached to it.

Check in was fine. Tv not plugged in and did not work when plugged in. Was clean but lots of things broken or missing. For example couch had a large tear in cushion painting had broken glass no toilet paper holder. Toiletpaper left as an open roll on counter. Grab bars in shower removed but holes not fixed. Only one elevator working.

Horrible hotel . No hot water! My room had no tv! Front desk said they would bring one, but never did. Hotel over all was filthy. Needs to be taken off hotels.com . I just ended up not staying.

This hotel needs an entire upgrade. Parking lot was a mess with the same trash out there for days. Front desk clerk didn't know what he was doing at check in. My charge was already done on the website and I was charged again at check in. Rooms were filthy. Says non smoking facility but you could still smell saturated smoke. There was ABSOLUTELY no hot water. No liner for the ice container. Rust on lamps and stains on furniture. I was just overall very unsatisfied. The only reason I didn't leave and go somewhere else is because my booking was non refundable but I was very displeased to say the least. When I booked online I ASSUMED this was a good choice since it was a Wyndham hotel but I was wrong.

Awful. I had to get my money back. The room I was assigned was dirty.
