My wife and I are very happy positive polite people, our glass is always half full as oppose to half empty, we rarely leave feedback but on this occasion I must. My wife and I visited the Rui Palace Hotel from the 10/03/22 to 20/03/22, We were so excited having had friends that stayed there over Christmas They so enthusiastic with the array of fresh seafood that was on offer, Tuna and Grouper etc on a daily basis, and to celebrate my wife's Birthday (my wife is a vegetarian with the addition of fish in her diet,So 5 star luxury with fresh sea food, delicious fruit would be perfect However our experience was not a pleasant one, Quantity is not better than Quality, the food was very bland and invariably cold or lukewarm, the salad and fruit had no taste, the only fresh looking fish that was on offer once, was a whole trout obviously cooked from frozen, plenty of frozen hake fillets was cooked daily tasted of nothing The fish I caught from the beach in the early mornings, that was graciously cooked by the lovely lady's at the swim up bar was the only fresh fish I ate, my wife was ill room bound for three days (tummy bug) I was the same a few days later. (no food eaten off the complex) I emailed the manager with our experience and had no response VERY DISSAPOINTED The entertainment staff were fantastic

Pros: plenty of food and drinks to go around. You'll rarely, if ever, go hungry or thirsty. Some lovely staff in some of the restaurants. Plenty of loungers. Lovely white sand beach. Cons: food quality very varied depending on where you go. Rooms are not fitting for a 5* property. Our room had lots of ants and mosquitoes, the motion sensor bathroom light shines straight through the frosted glass into the bedroom when you're trying to sleep, and the doors are useless at soundproofing so you can hear everything happening in the echo-y hallways. The people trying to sell excursions on the beach are really aggressive so you feel like you can never relax on the beach.

wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Riu Palace. Unser Villa Pool Zimmer war ein Traum und die Hotelanlage ebenso. Das Essen war köstlich, die Auswahl an Speisen riesig. Wir durften eine traumhaft schöne Woche hier verbringen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 100% weiterempfehlung

Tolle Anlage mit Swim-Up Zimmern (privater kleiner Pool). Sehr freundliches Personal, viele Angebote (Fitness etc) und weitläufige Poollandschaft. Neben dem Hauptrestaurant kann man auch in 4 Länderküchen speisen. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür und direkt vom Hotel aus erreichbar. Alles da was man für Erholung pur braucht!

Un site unique mais beaucoup de vent en février

3 grandes piscines chauffées , une mer turquoise à proximité, des chambres très confortables avec un ménage fait soigneusement , de nombreux restaurants avec des buffets variés et même des langoustes le dimanche . Un bémol:le temps un peu frais avec beaucoup de vent qui a empêché la baignade en mer 5 jours sur 7 .mais seul endroit en Afrique sans paludisme

Très bel hôtel sur la plage de Santa Maria

Très bel hôtel, bonnes prestations mais le service doit être amélioré pour être conforme aux exigences des Riu Palaces. Cadre magnifique, superbe plage, nourriture variée et de bonne qualité pour un séjour très agréable.

Schöner Aufenthalt, All-Inclusive

Das Hotel ist etwas von Zentrum entfernt am schönsten Teil des langgezogenen Strandes. Die verschiedenen Pools und Restaurants wirken am Tag nie überfüllt und es kommt kein "Dichtestress" auf. Leider stehen am Abend nur wenige Themen-Restaurants zur Verfügung. Diese können nur mit einem dreitägigen Vorlauf, jeweils morgens ab 08:00h reserviert werden und sind praktisch immer ausgebucht. Das immer verfügbare Haupt-Restaurant ist am Abend daher immer sehr gut besetzt. Das Zimmer war neu und ausgesprochen gut. Der Kühlschrank wurde alle zwei Tage mit Mineral, Süssgetränken und Bier gefüllt. Die Minibar an der Wand (4 Flaschen hochprozentiger Alkohol) war schon Overkill. Das Bad hat eine (Stark-)Regendusche, was in einer so ariden Zone an Verschwendung grenzt. Service, Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeitenden war exzellent. Auch wenn weitere RIU-Hotels in der Nähe sind, können diese nicht ohne weiteres besucht werden (COVID-Massnahme?).
