Very clean and excelente service 😊 very convenient and comfortable

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, we were moved form our original room because of fleas in our room. And the second room had an ink pen top holding the icemaker lever closed.

Awsomem stay and great staff

Stayed 4 nights. This is not a 3 star hotel, 2 stars at best. Comfort was acceptable however the cleanliness and maintenance was not. Spots on the floor and couch, burn marks on the sheets and a filthy remote. The maintenance was terrible. The bathroom door did not open and close properly and had heavy water damage, the sink did not have hot water, the shower faucet got stuck on extra hot and maintenance was not available so we had to change rooms. Overall the property is outdated, dark and not comperable to other hotels in this price range. The TV is small and I had to move the furniture in order to view it from the bed. Better to just stay somewhere else and avoid the problems. This place needs a major update and maintenance!

Beautiful property, I love the stove and fridge in the room for 2 nights I felt at home the suites are nice and spacious. The pool was so clear and clean everything was great . My only complaint is how long it’s taking for the $200 hold to lift off my card that I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place.

While the staff were nice, we saw three different types of bugs - cockroach, silver fish and something we couldn’t identify. Especially during a pandemic, we had serious concerns about the cleanliness. If we hadn’t arrived just before midnight we would have left. Obvious water damage in the bathroom had just been covered with putty, bugs crawling in and out of it. Upholstery on sofa, bed skirt all stained.

what I didn't like was that in my room 131 it had a broken night stand stacked on a ottoman. The next problem after waking up to get a drink of water in the kitchen was a big cockroach. I couldn't go back to sleep, the next thing was finally dozed off to sleep and had to wake up again and go to the bathroom and thank GOD that I don't walk with bare feet and I stepped on a spider couldn't see it due to the dark wood floor and my wife was and is terrified of spiders Oh and I forgot to mention the mold in the bathroom over the toilet in bathroom.. I really was disappointed because my wife and I have stayed at this same Staybridge a few other times and it was none of these problems. Just don't understand why this had to happen this time. It must be time to exterminate the property. I do hate that vit did indeed happen because we usually enjoy our stay there....

I had a great stay my room was comfortable my room was clean my bed was extremely comfortable I enjoyed the kitchenette I enjoy the food service refrigerated I enjoyed the customer service reps at the front desk I enjoyed the cook the breakfast was wonderful I would definitely recommend this to anyone everybody
