Staff was thw best thing about the place - they were incredible! Hard working , friendly, accommodating . The music at pool gets so annoying after a couple days. Turn it down and lets have some quiet times. Then Once the kids music stops- the adult starts. Not good when you want to nap in your room ! For the smokers- how about the hotel make them smoke somewhere AWAY from rooms!? We were on an end by the ocean and every time we left room or came to The room, there was at least one to 3 smoking next to the ice machine w smoke filling our room!? My 8 yo was even grossed out Food : The buffets were aftually pretty good and im not a huge buffet fan. Super annoying that you had to make resos at dinner places as it was not easy. So Only made it to two dinners for 5 nights!?Italiean - terrible! Bamboo was good but slow ! Ate off campus two nights. Waste of money for all inclusive esp for my daughter who was charged over 100 a day who basically eats bread and fruit !? Location - amazing ! Great beach , surf break. Hard to rent boards due to time it opens / closes and number available. Room - small and there is not enough space to out your clothes!? Just closet and no dresser for three people ! I am pretty sure we would not stay again

Food poisoning again! This may deter us from returning. Alberto, Carlos and Eduardo at the Beach Surf Bar were excellent as were most staff. Rooms cleaned and fully stocked. Surf and boogie board equipment REALLY need updating. Access to surf is one of the main reasons we choose the Grand Palladium Vallarta, but they need to invest in some new equipment.

The resort had good nightly entertainment, restaurants were all great and the buffet was well done. The safety procedures were well organized. What we didn't like was the location. It's so far away from town you are not leaving to do any day trips or shopping. It's a $65USD cab ride to town each way. If you are happy to stay in the resort then it's great. The other downfall was the housekeeping services. All staff were polite and amazing except whoever cleans rooms. They would remove towels and not replace them, leave no toilet paper or spare roles, not even clean the coffee maker and we would find used grounds still in the basket. Getting a taxi back to the airport was also a mess. They really need to do a better job organizing the order of those who arrive at the front and when they get a taxi. We waited over an hour and had multiple groups of people get cabs infront of us.

Surfboards on site and a great break. Buffet and staff was great. Beach was quiet. Italian restaurant was terrible. Stick to the buffet which was yummy!!

Fun vacation

Airport taxis charge way too much to get to hotel. Just walk over the bridge to accross the street and pay half or less. Covid Testing at airport prior to departure was super convenient and the least expensive we found. Only real complaint about hotel was the virgin smoothie drinks. They weren’t very well blended and didn’t taste very good. Great activities with Kayaks, surfing and mini sailboats.

The all-inclusive was incredible! Everything was so beautiful and relaxing. The staff was amazing, especially our concierge, Rosa, who did everything to make sure our vacation was perfect!
