We stayed here before in a different room. I t was a different story this time. We requested a king and got it. It was as far away from the pool and lobby and breakfast area as possible on the ground floor. Our first night went well except we kept hitting our feet on the bathroom door. (not enough room to really step out of the way comfortably. The chair when we sat in it was uncomfortable. (no biggie). The next night they had moved a family in upstairs from us and it was jumping and stomping until around 11:30. The last night we got in late so it was quiet. Should the front desk be aware of this problem and put children on the first floor and not above other guest? On a different note I was a little disappointed in breakfast. Although I'm not sure what could have changed it to make it better. The one thing that made us happy was the pool. Our grandchildren came over and had a wonderful time.

Check in Easy Room nice and clean Jacuzzi tub Sweet Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer! Check All this room needs is a ventilation fan for when the Jacuzzi is running.

We brought our grandkids with us , they had a great time. They enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great as always. We all slept great both nights.

we were put in a room on lower floor right next to hall door and outside door that both snubbers didn't work so doors were slamming all night and morning. The electric outlet near the sink was charred and unsafe. The faucet at the sink had the hot and cold reversed, when my wife ran it on cold then put her hand under it, it was extreme hot, not burning but ridiculous. The water from downspouts outside were overflowing so it all froze on the sidewalk and she slipped after our night out. The breakfeast was stopped at 9 oclock AM on Sunday for some reason. yet housekeeping was knocking on my door at 915 even though checkout was noon. Extremely strange stay.l'm not sure what else to say.
